Multi-Tech has an excellent staff of technical support
personnel available to help you get the most out of your Multi-
Tech product. If you have any questions about the operation
of this unit, call 1-800-972-2439. Please fill out the CC1600-
series modem rack information (below), and have it available
when you call. If your CC1600-series modem rack requires
service, the tech support specialist will guide you on how to
send in your CC1600-series modem rack (refer to the Service
section of this chapter).

CC1600-series modem rack. This will help tech support in
answering your questions. (The same information is requested
on the Warranty Registration Card.)
