2) Visual inspection of the coolant hoses, fuel lines, oil lines, vacuum lines and drive
belts for cracks or damage; all clamps and belts. The Contractor shall make
recommendations if repairs are required.
3) Check all fluid levels and proper PH protection content level of fuel, cooling and
oil lubrication system.
4) Inspection of lubrication and oil system.
5) Inspection of air intake, turbo, and exhaust system.
6) Inspection and proper operation of governor.
7) Inspection of all engine safety controls, and devices.
8) Inspection and proper operation of generator control panel.
9) Upon authorization from the Institution Contract Liaison or designee, engine(s)
shall be started in automatic or manual test mode and checked for the following
conditions using state of the art testing methods:
(1) Monitor operation of electronic and engine system including transfer switch
(2) Monitor operation of safety devices to standard specifications
(3) Monitor operation of annunciation panel
(4) Monitor amperage out put
(5) Monitor frequency out put
(6) Monitor voltage out put
(7) Monitor oil and fuel pressures
(8) Monitor coolant temperatures
10) Observe units to check for any unusual noises, vibrations, loose, leaking, or
fractured parts.
11) Submit a written report to the Institution Contract Liaison or designee within five
(5) working days of service on the overall condition of each unit.
Inform and advise the Institution Contract Liaison or designee of any potential
problems and the most economical repair alternatives.

ONE-TIME SERVICE
The Contractor shall perform the following one-time services during the contract
term:
1. Air Filters
Change air filters and clean filter housing.
