A bidder walk-through will be conducted as scheduled at the institution/facility sites
and times included on pages 3 through 7 of this Attachment. Bidders
NOT ATTENDING A MANDATORY WALK-THROUGH will not be able to bid for
that facility/group (i.e., if there is a MANDATORY walk-through scheduled for one
location within a specific group, and another institution/facility listed in the same
group has scheduled an OPTIONAL walk-through, bidders will not be able to bid any
institution/facility from that group, if you did not attend the MANDATORY
walk-through scheduled in that group). Bidders and/or their representative(s)
attending a walk-through will be required to sign in as documentation of
attendance.
A Bidder Walk-Through Checklist has been included below to assist with completing
the walk-through portion of the bid process. Bidders can prepare one checklist per
planned attendance at each institution/facility as they complete the process.
Refer to Exhibit (F) California State Institutions Map for the location of each
institution/facility. Specific directions to each institution/facility can be found on the
CDCR internet website at: http://www.cdcr.ca.gov/Visitors/Facilities/index.html .
The contact for each location is included in the walk-through schedule.
