The following table provides answers to the most
frequently asked questions.
Problem Cause Remedy
The low-voltage warning is
triggered prematurely.
Battery in very poor condition. Replace the battery; set a lower user-
variable early warning threshold.
The low-voltage warning is
triggered too late.
Incorrect battery type selected. Select the correct type of battery.
The sensor fails to measure
current or battery capacity.
The measurement resistor is tted
the wrong way round.
Check that the sensor is connected
exactly as shown in the diagram in the
Installation section.
You are using a speed controller
with opto-coupler.
An Earth connection must be present bet-
ween the receiver and the ight battery.
Check this with the manufacturer of your
speed controller.
The battery capacity is
displayed incorrectly.
Incorrect setting in
MULTIPLEX Launcher.
Correct the capacity entered in
MULTIPLEX Launcher.
The remaining capacity
was not saved.
Battery data were not
stored.
Please take care to wait about 5 seconds

No sensor is displayed at
the RC system transmitter.
Sensor lead not connected, or
connected incorrectly.
Check all the sensor connections. The
sensor lead must be plugged into the
socket marked “MSB” or “Sensor”.
The sensor is not detected
by MULTIPLEX Launcher.
No power supply. Refer to the Conguration section: a
receiver battery must be connected using
the Y-lead supplied.
A telemetry warning is
generated when the throttle
