SPLICES
FORMED WIRE
GUY WIRE
For repairing damaged or severed guy wire or messenger cable.
Do not use FWLS splices on overhead shield wires.
Fargo FWLS series formed wire are designed for use on all types of galvanized guy wire (EHS, High Strength,
Common, Siemens-Martin, Utilities, and Bell System Strand).
FWLS will hold a minimum of 100% of the guy wire rated breaking strength (ultiate strength) when centered over the
severed or point of damage.
Note: Consult factory for information on use if damaged area exceeds length of splice.
Left hand lay standard.
NOTES: All dimensions: inches (mm) unless otherwise noted.
Rated at full tension of guy strand RBS for EHS, HS, Siemens-Martin, Common, and Utility Grades.
