To configure Auto-Provisioning:
1. Set the TUs to be provisioned to ‘managed’ mode.
You can add the TUs in managed mode before they are connected, based on
their MAC address or name.
2. Set the MAC Address or name that the TUs will be identified as (default: TU
serial number).
3. Set the attributes and parameters of the remote TUs. Note the settings on
the BU side are there to allow you copying them to the TU.
4. Verify TUs configured to accept remote config (System->Advanced Settings
page).
5. Synchronize the configuration by clicking “Synchronize” (one by one for each
TU or “Synchronize All”), the settings will be transmitted to the remote TU
and executed locally.
The TU will report its auto-provisioning status:
• Sync – running settings received from the BU.
