PRONE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Attach the two side

frames to the frame brace.

2. With the two side

frames attached (they

may need to be

slightly loose), slide

the pivot bar into

position.

3. Tighten the four bolts on the

top of each side, and make sure

the block is situated so the

pivot bar is above the frame.
