To release the buckle, push the tab (c) on
the end of the buckle and lift the lever open.
3. Fasten Upper Tie - Down Straps
To fasten the upper tie - down straps,
loop the end of the tie - down strap
around the back bars (d) of the chair
above th e upper sling bar (e). Attach
the ring on the end of the strap to the
hook sewn into the tie - down strap
webbing.
