This needs to be done with the seat
insert removed.
To make the seat width wider you need
to unscrew the allen screw and Hook
Nut. Take the allen screw out
completely, this allows the
inner tube to extend and
therefore widening the seat
area.
(For wider seat inserts call customer service at Mulholland)
By turning the Screw head clockwise
you are compressing the spring which
then sets the compressiveness of the
back insert and canes when the user
jerks.
(ie. the more turns on the screw head
the stiffer the back canes get and the less the user can jerk)
