Installation Instructions
Can-Am Commander
Lower Rear Fender Installation
Front Fenders
(2) 1-1/4” bolts
(2) 1” L Brackets
(2) Large washers
(2) U nuts
(10) Washers
(2) M6 Lock nuts
Upper Rear Fenders
(20) ¾” bolts
(20) Washers
(20) Lock nuts
Hardware Included

7) Place the dump bed in the
closed position.
8) Place the lower rear fender
up against the lip located in
the inner fender well. The
top of the lower rear fender
should meet the upper rear
fender. (Re-shape the bend
if necessary). See
Figure 8.
9) Once the upper and lower
fenders are lined up, use
scribe or a marker to mark
the holes that need to be
drilled.
10) Drill the first 1/4" hole at the
bottom of the fender, insert
(1) 3/4" bolt with a washer
on both sides, and a lock-nut
on the back side. Finger
tighten the hardware to allow
for adjustment.
Line up the fenders as
shown. A spring clamp
can be used to help
hold the fenders in
position.

11) Insert (1) 1-1/4” bolt
with a washer into
the upper holes
circled in
Figure 9.
12) Add (1) spacer to
each bolt as shown.
13) Place the fender
against the body and
insert the bolts into
the drilled holes.
14) Install (1) washer and
a lock-nut. Adjust the
lower fender for the
best possible fitment
and tighten down the
hardware.
