Model 293.32 HSM Controls and Indicators
Controls and Indicators
DescriptionItem
Main Filter1
Pressure Gage2
A liquid-filled, constant-read pressure gage is connected directly to the output pressure line.
A small orifice protects it against damage from rapid pressure changes.
Pilot Filter Indicator13
A visual indicator is activated when the pilot pressure filter element becomes dirty.
Check Valve4
Filter Drain HB 25
Control Manifold6
Low Pressure Adjustment7
A variable orifice is used to set the output pressure of the HSM in the low-pressure mode.
1 If you start the pump and hydraulic fluid is cold, the filter indicator may indicate a dirty filter. When this
happens: allow the fluid to warm up, reset the filter indicator, and replace the filter element only if the
indicator indicates a dirty filter again.
