aaaa = SL1, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2016, 2018, 2112, 2216,
2317, 2616, or 3000.

DNDR (0)-120 Delay value in seconds.
A DNDR value of zero disables the feature.
If the DNDR value is an odd number, it is rounded up to the
next even number.
If REQ = NEW, the delay value is 0 (the default); otherwise
the existing value appears.

Key number, Single Call Non-Ringing, DN.
The key must be SCN or MCN.
