Note: In order to activate Malicious Call Trace from an analog (500/
2500 type) telephone without using the SPRE and 83, the MCT FFC has
to be defined.

Note: For analog and 1.5 Mbps digital trunks, the flash range to be sent
to the Central Office is configured using the FLH timer. In order to send
the string to the Central Office, MCCD has to be defined
