When you first sign in to My Evolve Account, you will be asked to
change your password, provide a security question so that we can
authenticate your identity in the event that you forget your
password, and an email address. We will need your email address so
that we can send you payment confirmations, inform you of
changes to the Evolve service, and to provide you with access to the
latest and greatest Evolve promotions.
Navigating My Evolve Account
Moving around within My
Evolve Account is governed
by the navigation pane on
the left-hand side of the
screen.
Through the navigation
pane you will have access
to everything that My
Evolve Account has to
offer; from topping up
your account to modifying
your personal information.
If at any point in time you are having difficulties with My Evolve
Account, please reference the “Help” section circled above.
Topping Up
My Evolve Account allows you to top up your account using a credit
card, debit card, or prepaid airtime voucher. To get started, simply
click on the Top Up link from the navigation pane on the left-hand
side of the screen and select your method of top up. To complete
your transaction, simply follow the prompts on the screen. If you
are having trouble, please click on the Help link.
