Events Defined
1) When ignition on, connect to TCP/IP and send canned message "Ignition on" and send GPS data
every 5 secs to TCP/IP server.

send output to toggle relay device.

6) Configure MTD1000 to reply SMS list "Immobilizer Switched On” when output 1 is low.
