If Value is specified which should be typed in hex value, this command will write this
value to specified address. Otherwise when this command is executed, the current
contents of Address are displayed. If Value is specified, then –n is assumed.
If -n is not specified, the command will run in interactive mode and the user has the
option of modifying the contents by typing in a hex value. When the user pressed
‘ENTER’, then next address is displayed. This is continued until the user enters ‘q’.
