Therepairor replacementof anywarrantedpart otherwiseeligiblefor warrantycoveragemaybe excludedfromsuchwarrantycoverageif MTDConsumerGroup
Inc demonstratesthatthe outdoorequipmentenginehasbeenabused,neglected,orimproperlymaintained,and that suchabuse,neglect,or impropermainte-
nancewasthe direct causeof the needfor repairor replacementof the part.Thatnotwithstanding,anyadjustmentof a componentthat hasa factoryinstalled,
andproperlyoperating,adjustmentlimitingdeviceis still eligible for warrantycoverage.Further,the coverageunderthis warrantyextendsonly to partsthat were
presentonthe off-roadengineand equipmentpurchased.
