2. Add your resources to the Enterprise Resource Pool. Do this first before you create a new project.
 After your Portfolio site is created, click the Resources tab, then click Resource Pool.
 To add a new resource, either select New > New Item from the menu bar or select the box next to Last Name to open the top ribbon. Select New
Item > New Item from the ribbon.
In the menu box, enter your resources individually. Click Save.
