Payment Options
Paying for orders should be just as easy as placing orders. MSI offers five ways to pay for your order: leasing, credit
cards, open account, bank/wire transfer, check/money order. We accept Company Checks, Money Orders, Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, and PayPal.
Company Checks/Money Order
When sending a check and/or money order with your order, please include all shipping charges, and sales tax
(if applicable) and any additional charges such as insurance costs.
Credit Cards
If you would like to use a credit card over the phone or by fax, or by email be sure to indicate the type of card, the
name on the card, the card number, expiration date, security code and the current mailing address for the credit card
statement.
Charge to Account
With established credit, you can charge items to your own MSI Open Account. Terms are net 30 days from the date
of the order. To open your account with MSI complete and fax in a credit application.
Leasing
Contact MSI on details regarding financing options. MSI has developed close working relationship with various
finance companies, which specialize in surveying instruments and equipment.
Shipping Options
Shipping via UPS ground is free of charge on orders of $1,000 or more. MSI will charge normal UPS ground rates
for repaired instruments and oversized items.
Ordering Options
Ordering by phone is a good way to confirm product availability, check on current
pricing and/or delivery schedules. Call between 8:00am and 5:00pm Eastern
Time, Monday through Friday. If your call is after normal business hours, leave
your order via voice mail and it will be handled the first thing the next business
