Installation Option:This Cap can also be bolted down to an MSD Pro-Billet or Billet Distributor 
base with the supplied hardware. To accomplish this, the spring clips must be cut off (Figure 9).
Note: When the cap is bolted down, the location of the spark plug wires must be changed.

SDwarrants thisproducttobefree from defects in material andworkmanship under itsintendednormal use*, 
when properly installed and purchased from an authorized MSD dealer, for a period of one year from the date of 
theoriginalpurchase. This warranty isvoid  forany products purchased through auctionwebsites. If found tobe 
defective as mentioned above, it will be repaired or replaced at the option of MSD. Any item that is covered under 
this warrantywill bereturned freeofcharge using Ground shipping methods. 
This shall constitutethe soleremedy ofthe purchaser andthesole liabilityofMSD. To the extent permittedby 
law, the foregoingisexclusive andinlieuofall other warranties or representationwhether expressedorimplied, 
includinganyimpliedwarrantyof merchantabilityor fitness. Innoeventshall MSDor itssuppliersbeliable forspecial 
orconsequentialdamages.
*Intended normalusemeans that this item isbeing used aswas originallyintendedandfor the originalapplication 
as sold by MSD. Any modifications to this item or if it is used on an application other than what MSD markets the 
product,thewarranty willbevoid. Itis thesoleresponsibilityof thecustomer todeterminethatthisitem will workfor 
the application they areintending.MSD will accept no liability for custom applications. 
Service
Incaseof malfunction,thisMSDcomponentwill berepairedfreeof charge accordingtothetermsof thewarranty. 
When returning MSD components for warranty service,Proof of Purchase must be supplied for verification. After 
the warranty period has expired,repair service is based on a minimum and maximum fee.
All returns must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued to thembefore 
being returned. To obtain an RMAnumber please contact MSD Customer Serviceat 1(888)MSD-7859orvisit 
our website  at  www.msdperformance.com/rma  to  automatically obtain a  number and  shipping information. 
When returningthe unitforrepair, leave allwiresatthelength inwhichyou havetheminstalled. Be suretoinclude 
a detailedaccount ofanyproblemsexperienced, andwhatcomponentsand accessoriesareinstalled on thevehicle. 
Therepairedunitwill be returned as soonaspossibleusingGround shipping methods(groundshippingiscovered

5:00 p.m. Monday- Friday (mountain time).
