Installation Option:This Cap can also be bolted down to an MSD Pro-Billet or Billet Distributor base 
with the supplied hardware. To accomplish this, the spring clips must be cut off (Figure 14).
Note: When the cap is bolted down, the location of the spark plug wires must be changed.

SD IGNITIONwarrantsthisproductto befreefromdefectsinmaterial andworkmanshipunderitsintended normal 
use*,whenproperlyinstalledand purchasedfroman authorized MSDdealer, for a period of one year from thedate 
oftheoriginal purchase. Thiswarranty is void foranyproducts purchased through auctionwebsites.If found tobe 
defectiveasmentionedabove,itwillberepaired or replacedat theoptionofMSDIgnition.Any itemthatiscovered 
underthis warranty willbereturned free of charge using Ground shipping methods. 
This shallconstitute the soleremedyof the purchaser and the soleliabilityof MSD Ignition. To theextentpermitted 
bylaw, theforegoingisexclusiveand in lieuofall other warrantiesor representation whetherexpressedorimplied, 
includinganyimplied warrantyofmerchantability orfitness. Innoevent shallMSDIgnitionor its suppliers beliable 
for specialorconsequential damages.
*Intendednormal usemeans that this item is beingusedaswasoriginallyintendedand fortheoriginalapplication 
assoldbyMSD Ignition.Any modificationstothisitemorifit isusedonanapplicationother thanwhatMSDIgnition 
markets the product,thewarrantywillbevoid.It isthe sole responsibilityof the customerto determinethatthisitem 
will work for the application theyare intending.MSDIgnitionwill accept no liabilityforcustom applications. 
Service
Incaseof malfunction,this MSD componentwillberepairedfree ofchargeaccording totheterms ofthewarranty. 
When returning MSD components for warranty service,Proof of Purchase must be supplied for verication. After 
the warranty period has expired, repair service isbasedona minimumand maximumfee.
All returns must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued to them before 
being returned.  To  obtain an  RMA number please contact MSD Customer Service at  1  (888) MSD-7859or 
visit  our  website  at  www.msdignition.com/rma to  automatically  obtain  a  number  and  shipping  information. 
When returningtheunit forrepair, leaveallwiresatthe lengthin which youhave theminstalled. Be suretoinclude 
a detailedaccountofanyproblemsexperienced,andwhatcomponents andaccessoriesareinstalledonthevehicle. 
Therepairedunitwillbereturnedassoonaspossibleusing Groundshippingmethods(groundshippingis covered

a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday- Friday(mountain time).
