18.2. WIFI port settings
CAUTION:
1. The transmission parameters must be matched to the client’s local
network.
2. Most Wi-Fi modules work on one channel, which is defined in the
configuration of the Wi-Fi network.
3. To ensure proper operation of the Wi-Fi router, automatically
changing channels when configuring the connection set
<AUTOCHANNEL> to <YES>.
The parameters available for the Wi-Fi connection settings:
P3.3.1 STATUS
P3.3.2 – CHOOSE NETWORK
P3.3.3 – NETWORK SETTING
P3.3.3.1 NAME (the name of the network that has been selected)
P3.3.3.2 – PASSWORD (password ‘stars’ are displayed)
P3.3.3.3 CHANNEL NO (default <AUTO>)
P3.3.3.4 IP (balance ID number, make sure that the number is not
engaged by a different device operating in this network)
P3.3.3.5 MASK (default 255.255.000.000)
P3.3.3.6 GATE (default 10.10.8.244)
P3.3.3.7 PORT (default 4000)
P3.3.3.8 – MAC ADRES (0008DC…)
P3.3.4 – WIFI STARTUP
After entering the parameter, the message <STATUS> and the value describing the
state of the network Wi-Fi appear in the bottom line.
CONNECT it means that the balance is connected to one of the
available Wi-Fi networks, additionally, at the top of the display the
pictogram
appears. It is visible when the balance has an
active network connection.
CONNECTIVITYit means that the balance is trying to connect to the
network, to which it was previously connected, for previously
entered settings (network, IP, etc.)
NONE the module Wi-Fi is not installed in the balance.
