B. In this step, depending on the type of window the unit is being installed in (vinyl or wooden), you

will apply Window Sealing Foam to the Side Arm Foam as shown Fig.18 & Fig. 19. Please note that

the Window Sealing Foam attaches to the side next to the air conditioner.

C. Insert the Side Arm Foam into Side

Arm Hinge until the top front of the Side

Arm Foam is ﬂush with the top of the

hinge. Please refer to Fig. 20 below.

Then, repeat these steps for installing the

Side Arm Foam on the other side of the

unit.
