Blue Rhino Global Sourcing, Inc.

LIMITED WARRANTY

For products (excluding all brushes) purchased in the United States and Canada, Blue

Rhino Global Sourcing, Inc. extends a Lifetime Warranty from date of purchase

against defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser of this product if

used for home use within the United States and Canada. If the product fails to operate

because of a manufacturing defect, the defective part will be repaired or replaced at

Blue Rhino Global Sourcing, Inc.’s option if the defective part, along with proof of

purchase, is returned to the original place of purchase, or returned postage prepaid to

Blue Rhino Global Sourcing, Inc., 10 Hub Dr., Suite 101, Melville, NY 11747,

1.888.398.8643.

Service, labor and transportation costs are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty does not cover defects caused by abuse, accidental damage, normal

wear and tear, improper handling, installation, or repairs made by unauthorized

persons.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CONSTITUTES THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE

WARRANTY OF BLUE RHINO GLOBAL SOURCING, INC. AND IS MADE IN LIEU OF

ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING

THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR

PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL BLUE RHINO GLOBAL SOURCING, INC. BE

LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING

FROM USE OR RELATING TO A DEFECT. NO OTHER WARRANTY OR GUARANTY

WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, GIVEN BY

ANY PERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION SHALL BIND BLUE RHINO GLOBAL

SOURCING, INC. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR

LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LIMITATIONS

ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS

OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO

HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
