If you have a problem with this device, please check the troubleshooting instruction below. If these re-
sources do not resolve the problem, please contact Technical Support.
Ensure that the player is fully charged. Try charging the player overnight ( hours).
Reset the player (use a paper clip to gently press the Reset button on the bottom of the player) and try
again.

Ensure that your computer is running a supported operating system.
Ensure that the player’s memory capacity is not full.
Check the volume level.
Ensure that the headphones are attached securely to the player.
