Fujitsu’s ETERNUS DX400 S2 midrange storage arrays are the successor to their earlier ETERNUS4000 and
DX400 products. The ETERNUS DX400 S2 products are sold worldwide via Fujitsu companies and channel
partners.
Products and vendors that compete with the DX440 S2 and DX410 S2 systems include VNX and CX4 series
from EMC, the AMS series from Hitachi Data Systems (HDS), the EVA from Hewlett Packard (HP), IBM
DS5000 and DS4000 subsystems, and NetApp FAS 3200 series systems.
