Instruction
Step 1 Since the pot will be heavy once you have
filled it with water and soil, it is best to put it in its
final resting place before filling it.
Step 2 Fill the lower part of the pot with water until
it runs out of the fill hole
Step 3 Place the wick block in the water and let it
float until it fills with water. When its full it will sink.
Do not force it under water. Let it absorb water at
its own pace. This should take a couple of minutes.
Step 4 If you will be using the metal trellis, now is
the time to attach it. Do so by placing the tray inside
the smaller end of the trellis so the 4 legs of the
trellis fit in the 4 notches on the rim of the tray
or place trellis in one of the holes and bend upwards
to secure. Then place both tray and trellis into pot so
the bent ends of the trellis fit into the 4 notches on
the ledge around the inside of the pot.
Step 5 If not using the trellis, just place the tray
in the pot so the osmosis chamber is in the water
and resting on the bottom of the pot and the tray is
resting on the pot ledge.
