Use a community string match for
authentication, which means that the
SNMP agent accesses all objects with
read-only permissions using the
community string public.

For SNMP V3, there are two levels of privilege for different accounts to access the VPort. Admin
privilege allows access and authorized to read and write MIB file. User privilege only allows
reading MIB file, but not authorized to write.
