ioEventLog
Basic Functions
ioEventLog is designed to help you keep a record of ioMirror status events over the network. The log is stored
on the Windows PC, and you will need to set up your ioMirror server to send status events to your PC’s IP
address. The following events are monitored:
• cold start
• warm start
• off-line
• on-line
For each event, the following information is provided. The log can be sorted by any of these fields:
• event type
• event date and time
• ioMirror source name
• ioMirror source IP
• ioMirror destination IP
Cold start/Warm start
• Cold start: The event will be triggered when the device cold starts.
• Warm start: The event will be triggered when the device reboots.
Off-line/On-line
• Off-line: The event will be triggered when a peer-to-peer connection has been lost.
• On-line: The event will be triggered when a peer-to-peer connection has been established.
