SSH Console
The W406-LX supports an SSH Console to provide users with better security options.
Windows Users
Click on the link http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html to download
PuTTY (free software) to set up an SSH console for the W406-LX in a Windows environment.
The following figure shows a simple example of the configuration that is required.
Linux Users
From a Linux machine, use the “ssh” command to access the W406-LX’s console utility via SSH.
#ssh 192.168.30.205
Select yes to complete the connection.
[root@bee_notebook root]# ssh 192.168.30.205
