Step 3: Remove lens holder
NOTE
M
ake sure you loosen the screw fastening the lens holder before trying to remove the lens holder. The lens
holder may be too tight to loosen if pressi
ng screw is not loosened first
Step 4: Screw lens holder to the lens you are going to use.
NOTE
Observe carefully, make sure you screw lens holder to the lens
on the correct side. The side of the
lens holder
with
the groove should be facing the lens, the other side without a groove should be facing outward.
Step 5: Screw lens and lens holder to VPort 36-1MP
NOTE
You are suggested do this step while viewing the live video from the camera via web browser, so you can
identify
when to stop. Make sure you don’t screw all the way to the end
, or the lens holder may fix to the
camera when you remove the
lens.
NOTE
You can
use the lens holder pressing screw in step 2 to fix the position of lens holder and lens
. Again,
make sure you don’t screw the lens all the way down
otherwise ICR filter may be obstructed when
day/night switch
Step 6: Power on your VPort 36-1MP
NOTE
The
VPort 36-
1MP can be powered by 12 VDC / 24 VDC / 24 VAC input or Power over Ethernet (PoE, 802.3af).
You can
connect both to create redundant power input.
