Before getting started
Before using Moxa SoftDVR™ Pro/Lite IP Surveillance Software, pay attention to the following items.
 After opening the box, compare the contents of the box with the Package Checklist in Chapter 1. Notify
your sales representative if any of the items is missing or damaged.

To prevent damage or problems caused by improper usage, review System Requirements in Chapter 1 and
read Chapter 2 before installing SoftDVR™.
 If you experience a system error and the system takes a long time to recover, re-insall the software, or call
our technical support for assistance.
