Step 5: Setup BIOS back to Boot from DOM or CompactFlash Disk.
a. Power on and press DEL to enter the bios setup menu.
b. Select Advanced Æ Hard Disk Boot Priority and then press Enter.
c. From the setup menu, use “↑” or “↓” to select the DOM or CompactFlash device.
d. Press “+” to move up to the first priority, and press Esc to exit the setup menu.
e. Select Exit Æ Save & Exit Setup and then press Enter.
f. Choose Y to save to CMOS and then exit.
g. Wait for the system to recover (you may need to wait for 10 to 15 minutes).
NOTE: DO NOT turn off the power during this time, or the system may crash.
h. You may need to restart your computer for the new settings to take affect. When the recovery
process is finished, the Windows XP Embedded desktop will be visible.
