3.1 RF output power at the highest power level
(1) Limit: ETSI EN 301 893 clause 4.3.2.1

5470 MHz to 5725 MHz 30 dBm
Note: For devices without TPC, the limits shall be reduced by 3 dB, except when
operating in the band 5150MHz to 5250MHz.
