Appendix B Firmware Upgrade Procedure

MOXA’s engineering division continuously develops software features to improve the quality and

functionality of MOXA’s embedded products. The latest firmware is posted on the MOXA

download center. To replace your product’s firmware, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to the

MOXA download center to download the program utility upfirm and the

firmware file (e.g., da661/662/663.bin) that will replace the current one.

2. Upload both files to the target machine under the root directory (i.e., \).

3. Logon the target computer via a telnet or console connection.

4. Execute the upfirm utility. Press y to continue.
