No PLC or PC controllers, and no programming
Unlike traditional solutions, a PLC or PC is not required as a
controller to transmit input signals over a network. The ioMirror
hardware handles all signal mapping automatically, with no
ladder or C programming required.
With ioMirror, input signals can be easily extended over Ethernet
from one server to another, without programming or a separate
controller. The ubiquity and flexibility of Ethernet makes this
a very powerful way to increase the range of input signals for
remote control and monitoring applications. Using ioMirror for
signal extension also reduces wiring costs, eliminates signal
degradation problems, and provides a solution for areas where
physical access is limited or difficult.
Simultaneously send input signals to two locations
The ioMirror E3000 can send one input signal simultaneously to two digital outputs over the network. This function could be used, for example, to
monitor tank levels from two different display panels.
Easy and flexible installation
Installation of ioMirror E3000 servers is easy using the Windows utility that is provided. If all channels are simply mapped from one module to another,
you may simply assign the remote IP address. For more sophisticated mapping, individual channels can be mapped quickly and easily using the
comprehensive graphical interface.
