RETURN PROCEDURE
For product repair, exchange or refund, the customer must:
v Provide evidence of original purchase
v Obtain a Product Return Agreement (PRA) from the sales representative or
dealer
v Fill out the Problem Report Form (PRF) as detailed as possible for shorter
product repair time.
v Carefully pack the product in anti-static package, and send it, pre-paid, to the
dealer. The PRA should show on the outside of the package, and include a
description of the problem along with the return address and telephone
number of a technical contact.
