Intellio C218Turbo /PCI User's Manual 6-3
Windows NT
This section is specific for troubleshooting under Windows NT. For general
problems and solutions, please see previous Section “General Troubleshooting”.
1. After system reboot, error message “MOXA C218Turbo/PCI Multiport
Board #1 addr [XXX]: IRQ test failure!” appears in Event Log.
This indicates MOXA board is found but the IRQ is conflicting with other
adapter. Please make sure there is no conflict with other adapter's IRQ. Check
the PCI BIOS IRQ setting first. Make sure IRQ is available.
2. After system starts, error message “MOXA C218Turbo/PCI Multiport
Board #1 addr [XXX] not found!” appears in the Event Log.
Shutdown the system first and refer to the problem 1 for solutions in the previous
section, “General Troubleshooting”.
3. Windows NT system panic (blue screen).
The possible reason is IRQ or memory conflict with other ISA Bus adapters like
LAN and SCSI board or system BIOS. Please refer to the corresponding problem
in previous Section "General Troubleshooting" for solutions.
4. Error Message: C218tnt.cod file not found!
Error Message: C218tnt.cod file length is wrong!
Error Message: C218tnt.cod file data content error!
It means something is wrong with driver installation or the file has been deleted
accidentally or corrupted somehow. To recover the file, simply install the driver
again.
