Please note that on each removable drive module there is a hot-swap button and four LED indicators. To hot
swap storage drives users will need to first install the Moxa hot swap software package, as described in the
TC-6110 software manual. Once installed, to hot swap a drive users must use a sharp object to push the hot
swap button (X1, on the front panel map) and wait until the L1 LED indicator goes dark, indicating the drive has
unmounted and is ready for extraction. The L3 and L4 LEDs are programmable, to be defined by users. Refer
to the software manual for more details about the Moxa hot swap software package and programming the LEDs.
The following table describes the functions associated with each LED and button.

L1 On HDD is accessing data
Off No activity
L2 Blinking Heater is on in specific environments. Refer to
the following conditions:
Below 55℃ when power is available.
Below 15℃ when system is on.
Off Heater is off
L3 Defined by admin
L4 Defined by admin
X1 hot-swap button, for unmounting drives
Replacing the Battery
TC-6110 computers come with an internal battery that provides power for the built-in RTC. To replace the
battery, follow these steps.
Step 1: Remove the four screws on the front panel of the computer.
Step 2: Remove the six screws from between the computer’s longest heat-sink fins.
