Existing local host name and IP address will be shown in this page, you can refresh the
details by clicking Refresh.
To create a new DNS Hostname:
 Click Create a New DNS Hostname entry manually.
 DNS Table page opens:
 Enter the Host Name and IP Address.
 Click Apply.
