Turns the front wheels.

CCELERATOR LEVER
Regulates the engine's r.p.m. The positions are indicated on a plate showing the
following symbols:
Position «CHOKE» for starting up.
Position «SLOW» for minimum engine speed
Position «FAST» for maximum engine speed
