VINEGRETĂ À LA RUSSE
persoane – Preparare: 40 minute. Durată de coacere: 30 minute.
:3=1051:?1g de sfeclă roşie – 300 g de morcovi – 400 g de cartofi – 200 g de varză – 200 g de castraveţi
(marinaţi sau săraţi) – 150 g de ceapă – 100 g de mazăre în conservă – sare – 2 linguri de ulei
Tăiaţi cubuleţe cartofii, sfecla roşie, morcovii, ceapa şi castraveţii utilizând conul şi accesoriul pentru tăiat cubuleţe
(L3d şi L3e).
Preparaţi la aburi cubuleţele de cartofi, sfeclă roşie şi morcovi.
Omogenizaţi amestecul şi adăugaţi varza, mazărea, ceapa şi castraveţii. Adăugaţi sare şi ulei vegetal.
Lăsaţi vinegreta la frigider timp de 1 oră.
