- Do not run the appliance continuously for
more than 60 seconds at a time. This will
prevent overheating of the appliance.
Using your appliance
1. ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY OF THE
APPLIANCE
. The bowl
- Grip the motor unit (A).
- Using the handle, turn the bowl clockwise;
once the safety lug is free, remove the bowl
from its base.
- To position the bowl on the appliance, re-
verse the operation.
. The lid
The lid can be fitted or removed with or without
the bowl locked onto the appliance.
- To remove it, grip the bowl and turn the lid
clockwise.
- To position the lid on the bowl, reverse the
operation.
. The knife
Fitting and removing the knife must be done
with the bowl removed.
Warning: Never pick up the knife by the
blade.
- To remove it, grip the drive (B2) with one
hand under the bowl, and with the other
hand, take the knife by the upper plastic part
and turn it to the left while pulling towards
the top of the bowl.
- To fit the knife, hold the drive (B2) under the
bowl and slide the knife onto the pivot at the
bottom of the bowl until it locks. Check that
the knife is correctly locked onto the pivot in
the bowl.
2. USING YOUR APPLIANCE
- Before using your appliance for the first
time, clean the bowl assembly, the knife and
the small jars in the dishwasher or with water
and washing-up liquid. Rinse and dry
carefully.
- Refit the knife and the bowl assembly.
. Chopping Function
- Never exceed the 0.15 level mark in the
bowl.
You can chop a variety of ingredients such as:
. ham,
. raw or cooked meats (after removing bone
and gristle and cut into cubes).
- Place the ingredients in the bowl.
- Press the button (A1) to start the appliance.
- To stop, release the button (A1).
The fineness of the preparation depends on
the running time.
- To obtain fine and smooth chopped meat,
separate the ingredients using the spatula
(D) and distribute them evenly around the
bowl.

When your child gets a little older, you could
use your appliance to chop other ingredients:
parsley, garlic, onions, and shallots.
. Blending Function
- Never exceed the mark of 0.4 level in the
bowl, as you will risk overflowing in
operation.
You can blend:
. raw or cooked vegetables,
. stewed fruits.
- Place the ingredients in the bowl.
- Press the button (A1) to start the appliance.
- To stop, release the button (A1).
. Recipes :
. Vegetable soup
100 g carrots, 80 g potatoes, 20 g leeks,
360 ml water, salt and pepper.
- Peel, wash and chop the vegetables into
uniform cubes.
- Place them in a saucepan and cook gently
for 45 minutes. Place the cooked vegetables
into the bowl.
Blending time: 10 to 15 seconds.
. Pear and yoghurt mousse
1 sweetened natural yoghurt, one well-ripened
pear, 3 tsp. honey
- Put the sweetened yoghurt, the honey then
the peeled pear, chopped into small cubes,
into the goblet.
Blending time: 20 to 30 seconds.
. Fresh fruit purée
1/2 apple (75 g) - 1/2 banana (70 g) - 125 ml
orange juice - 20 g sugar - juice of 1/2 lemon
(approximate weights for peeled fruits)
- Chop all the ingredients.
- Place all the ingredients in the goblet and
blend to obtain a very fine preparation.
Blending time: 60 seconds.
