The Piccolo XR Plus Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) is
comprised
of:
 Logic board, which includes:
 I/O’s
 Radio interface
 Power supplies
 Communication ports
 Radio

The Piccolo XR Plus has three ports:
 Programming port: for downloading SW.
 UART Port: Configuration Port (for programming and
monitoring the unit)
 Internal Radio interface: internal DPSK modem.
