The 90th percentile delay metric represents that 90 percent of all delays that
are less than or equal to the indicated delay. The following delay
specification provides figures for average and 90th percentile delays for
Private DataTAC networks operating at 90 percent of radio channel and
RNC message capacity. The specifications are rated using the standard
message profile (table 1-3).
