Stopping a Radio Call This feature allows you to stop an ongoing Group or Private Call to free the channel for transmission. For example, when a radio experiences a "stuck microphone" condition where the PTT button is inadvertently pressed by the user. Your radio must be programmed to allow you to use this feature.

Your radio cycles through the programmed scan list for the current channel looking for voice activity. At each channel in the cycle the radio also cycles through the group list for that channel. Your radio can support up to 250 scan lists, with a maximum of 16 members in a list.
