1. From the switch menu tree select Services > RTLS.
2. Provide a Name and Description for the site as well as the site’s Length, Width, Height and Unit
dimensional information. Click Apply when completed.
D.2.4.4 Access Point Location
Once initial site information has been defined, the location of deployed APs need to be entered. The location
of any deployed APs is important, as the location engine uses AP location when estimating the locations of
tracked devices.
For this example, the MAC addresses and X, Y, Z coordinates of four adopted APs are defined using the
information provided in table below. Since the site is using feet as the dimensional measurement unit, all AP
coordinates represent feet.
