Resetting Your Phone
If your phone becomes frozen on a single display, error message,
or power up, reset your phone as follows:
Turning Your Phone On
Do This
1 Remove your phone’s back and front cover as
described on page 21.
2 Use a small object
to press the Reset
button on the front of
your phone.
Your phone display
should be restored.
3 Replace your phone’s cover.
Do This
1 Press and hold
O
(the End/Power key).
2 If necessary, enter your SIM card PIN code and press

(
+
) to unlock your SIM card.
Note: If you enter an incorrect PIN code three times
in a row, your SIM card is disabled and your phone
displays the message
 
