Programmer Mode Customized user mode which provides basic utilities.
Scan Rate The time interval the radio scans each channel
(seconds/channel).
Side Tone The audio sources the radio routes to the speaker; Accessory,
Microphone or both.
Simplex The radio transmits and receives on the same frequencies.
Radio Code The radio specific factory identification code. Always appears
on the Status Line.
Technician Mode Customizes user mode which enhances the basic RSS abilities-
and handles special utilities.
