v - Almanac valid flag 0 - no almanac in receiver
1 - valid almanac in receiver
w - almanac week 0 .. 255

a - number of avail sats 0 .. 32
ssss - sat IDs in almanac 0 - SV not available
32 bit binary field, 1 - SV included
each bit represents one SVID
(msb = SVID 32; lsb = SVID 1)
